TKK | Tietoverkkolaboratorio | Opetus
The address is Otakaari 5A. From Helsinki city center Kamppi bus terminal bus 102 takes about 15 minutes to the door of the department.
First lecture will take place on 22nd September and the seminar consists
of 10 sessions, so the lecture on 1st of December
will conclude the 1999 course.
Due to reorganization within Tellabs inc, the final lecture of the series (on 8th of December) is re-scheduled to Autumn 2000 course. This causes some change in the current course requirements. Instead of 9 required attendances out of 11, you need to have minimum of 8 returned and accepted homeworks out of 10 in order to succesfully complete the course.
The requirements for each of these versions are detailed below.
Return of the homework: The homework of each lecture is to be returned before the beginning of the next seminar session via e-mail in ASCII format in the body of the message (no attachments) to the address Jari.Renko@hut.fi and only to this address.
Sending homework to some other address in our lab (to other course assistants or the Professor) will not constitute a returned homework. Returning Homework after the deadline will not constitute an accepted homework.
The subject of the message should read "Homework X", where X stands for the session number. Remember to include your name, your student number and session number in the beginning of the message.
Language of the homework is English.
