Summary instructions:

The summary will distill the basic message, ideology and basic concepts of the source-book into a 10-12 pages of written report with font size of 10 to 12, single line spacing and decent marginals. Covers, appendixes and indexes not are included to this page count. A good summary will display deep understanding of the subject matter, a good control of the English language and will not be a "copy-paste" version of some chapters of the book.

In your summary, you are required to prioritize the content of the book, but this should be done in balanced way. In addition, you should include conclusions a separe section for evaluation and criticism of the book containing five positive observations on the book and five negative observations/improvement items on the book.

The deadline of the Summary is 5th of January 2004 at 16:00. The format of the summary is an envelope that contains both a printed out version and a 3.5" PC-disk containing the referate in Microsoft Word- format.

Summary will be returned by dropping it into course box (It is located opposite the telecommunications vitrine. More accurate address is SG212.)
