Hotel registration

The list of hotels which have a special offer for NTS-16 is given below. The number of rooms and the expiration date of the offer are also given, along with a link to the hotel. Some hotels have different rates for week days and weekend days. Also, at some hotels the room price is the same for a single and double room. This is all mentioned in the information given below. All room prices include buffet breakfast and VAT.

NOTE! When making your reservation, remember to mention in your e-mail that it concerns the room quota reserved for NTS-16. The keyword you must mention is NTS16 in all others except with the Radisson SAS Royal hotel for which you must use the code NTS16/Royal (to distinguish it from Radisson SAS Espoo). Please observe also the expiration dates of the block reservations.

  • 4 star hotel at the heart of downtown Helsinki. Good bus connections to the conference place in Otaniemi.
Hotel Tapiola Garden

  • 4 star hotel located in Tapiola, a local center in Espoo, approx. 2 km distance from the conference place in Otaniemi. Bus connections both to Otaniemi and Helsinki center.
Hostel Academica

  • Room price: 53 euro (single room), 75 euro (double room), (reserved rooms all come with an own shower and mini kitchen)
